VETERINARY SERVICES

The owners must pick up their pets after they are ready to go before the closing hour, if not, the pets will be kept in the clinic, and a boarding fee will be charged. If this case is on a weekend or holiday, the pet will be kept until the next regular working day and all of the days will be charged with the boarding fee and a bath when leaving.

At Hacienda Urbana We are intended to give our customers with the best service we can give, but for this we need your help, it’s important that you mention any allergy, procedure done, medication given, treatment that the pet have, had actually or recently, this is because any medication given by us not considering this point can endanger your pet’s life. We also need you to inform if your pet has any psychological trauma or if tend to show any type of aggression when specific procedure is done or when any situation occurs.

Las mascotas para el servicio de estética, será recibidas hasta las 5:00 pm, al momento de llegar debe de llenar debidamente el formulario e indicar los servicios que solicita, se fijará la hora aproximada de entrega y el costo del servicio. Sugerimos retirar accesorios no somos responsables de objetos dejados por el propietario (collar, jaula, cama, manta, juguete, paseador entre otros).

When you hand over your pet to the responsible staff for internment or lodging, indicate on the form the items you leave for your stay (bed, toys, cage, collar, etc.), food and feeding habits of your pet.

Antes de realizar cualquier procedimiento médico prepararemos un presupuesto por adelantado, le pedimos llenar y firmar los formularios suministrados correctamente. Un depósito del 70% del monto total del presupuesto deberá realizarse al momento de solicitar el servicio.

For your safety and your pets, the person that brought the pet is the same one that have to pick it up, unless it’s informed in advance by the owner or the one that brought it in (that must be considered as the owner).

If the pet is not claimed in 7 days after it's ready to go and there is no communication with the owner or someone informs for the owner. The pet will be given in adoption..

VISITING PATIENT HOURS

The visiting hours are from 10:00 am to 11:00 am, periods of 15 minutes, and only one person per patient can visit. There are no visits on Sunday.

EXCHANGE MERCHANDISE

No changes are allowed after 72 hours. Every exchange will require the original receipt and the products must remain on its original case and the box or envelope must not be damaged. You will receive a credit on our clinic for the value of the merchandise exchanged that will be available for the next 3 months.

EMERGENCIES

An emergency is every situation that presents out of the regular hours of open clinic. In this case, the cost of the emergency will be USD$50.00 and this just covers the availability of our personal to be there when you needed the emergency. Any other procedure, test, medication will be charged additional to your bill.

PRIVACY POLICY

All your personal information will be in our records and will be only used for our professional services with you, and try to give you the best service we can. Information about your pet will be only given to you and or to any other person that you authorize in each case

SCHEDULE

Schedule Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
